INFORMATION CLAUSE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The Koszalin University of Technology with its registered office at Śniadeckich 2 Street, 75-453 Koszalin hereinafter referred to as the „Administrator of the personal data”, hereby inform you that:
• Providing your personal data is necessary to conduct the registration and organisation of the conference „12th Symposium on Vacuum based Science and Technology”, among others: implementation of the symposium agenda, preparation of conference materials, settling the conference and handling billing and payment.
• The basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 par. 1 lit. c of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC -General Regulation on data protection (Official Journal of the European Union L 119/1 of 04.05.2016).
• Only the personal data that are provided in the „Registration Form” will be processed.
• Access to personal data will be available only to the Administrator's employees authorized to process personal data to the extent necessary.
• You have the right to request access to the content of your data and the right to: rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, transfer of your personal data, raising objections.
• Personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
• Your personal data shall not be shared with any third country/ international organisation.
• Your personal data will not be made available to other entities, except for entities authorized by law.
• Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary for the proper implementation and settlement of the conference.
• The Administrator of personal data has appointed a Data Protection Inspector to supervise the correctness of personal data processing, who can be contacted via e-mail address: iod@tu.koszalin.pl
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016.
