Industry exhibition

Manufacturers and sales companies offering vacuum equipment, measurement and control systems as well as components for vacuum based science and technology are invited to exhibit their products and promotion materials at the 9^th Symposium on Vacuum Based Science and Technology 2015 in Kolobrzeg.

If your company is interested in participating in the exhibition, please fill out the appropriate Registration form.

The Exhibitors Session

Industry exhibitors are kindly asked to install their stands on Monday, November 16 in the evening. Hotel staff will assist you where necessary.
Exhibition stands should be available for the Symposium participants during two full days starting from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 17.

The Exhibitor Session will take place on Wednesday, November 18, starting from 9:00 a.m. in the ORKAN conference hall.
Exhibitors are invited to present their companies orally in the framework of short, 10 minutes presentations, in the order given in the Program.

Exhibitors are kindly asked to remove the exposition in the evening, preferentially before 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18.
Hotel staff will provide necessary assistance.
