Publication

Abstracts of contributions submitted to the 10^th Symposium on Vacuum based Science and Technology will be published in the Book of Abstracts.

Each participant will receive the soft bound copy of the Book of Abstracts.

Authors of contributions accepted for oral presentation during the Symposium are encouraged to submit their manuscripts to VACUUM.

Please be aware that only contributions presented orally during the Symposium will be considered for publication in VACUUM.

There is no page limitation to the contributions and there are no page charges. The submissions will be peer reviewed according to procedure for the regular journal papers.

Submission of a paper implies that it represents original work not previously published and not being considered for publication elsewhere.

Submission to VACUUM proceeds online and you will be guided stepwise through the creation and uploading of your files.

Authors are requested to suggest five potential referees (experts in the field who do not work in their own Institute) and give the reviewer contact email details.

Please add a footnote on page 1 stating "Paper presented at 10th Symposium on Vacuum based Science and Technology".

Deadline:

The first manuscript is expected to be submitted no earlier than December 04 , 2017

The submission deadline for the Symposium related manuscripts is February 28, 2018

Submitted papers will be published when accepted in regular volumes of VACUUM.
