The conference will be held in the DIUNE Hotel***** located in Kołobrzeg – an excellent holiday resort on the Baltic Sea coast.

Participants arrive on Monday, June 06, in the afternoon and depart on June 09 after the morning session.

A welcome reception will take place on Monday evening. The conference dinner is planned for Wednesday, June 08, in the evening.

Besides professionally equipped conference facilities, the hotel offers a broad spectrum of therapy salons, swimming pools, saunas and other attractions

By plane and train

We advise participants coming to Berlin by plane to rent a car at the Berlin Airport.

Travel by car to Kołobrzeg, located about 270 km from Berlin, takes approximately 3 hours.

 

The nearest airport, Szczecin-Goleniów, is located 94 km from Kołobrzeg.

The easiest way is to take a shuttle bus to Szczecin central station (Szczecin Główny) and then the train to Kołobrzeg. There are five direct trains per day. The travel duration is about 2h40min.

From Gdańsk Airport (242 km) – take a train to Kołobrzeg from Gdańsk central station (Gdańsk Główny)

From Berlin Airport (290 km) – take a train to Szczecin central station and then follow the hints above.
